Hello! We have two boys that we ADORE and we know you will too! Our older son is about to be 5 and our baby is 6 months old. The baby is being cared for by my niece but she is about to be back in school. While looking for the perfect person to care for him, we decided that we would also have that person care for our eldest as he is SUPER smart and is not being stimulated or challenged where he is currently. We need somebody with plenty of energy to care for them both and is patient and kind. We also need a person who believes that children can and are always learning no matter how young they are and is willing to back that by playing stimulating games and activities with them. (Must be willing to sing to and with them. Our oldest loves singing and the baby thinks its funny. =) ) This is an ongoing, full time position. We will need you Monday through Friday. Extensive experience with infants is a MUST. Experience caring for boys is preferred. Please have your own vehicle which is safe for use with two children and a decent driving record. Care will be in our home, which is in NW Austin, unless you care for other children as well; then care can be at your location. Please provide three references that can be contacted and we will also be checking your background. (You can never be too safe =) ) Pay will be either: (A) $925.00-$1075.00/month (based on experience) If you are caring for our little men at our house.
or (B) $750.00-$950.00/month If you care for other children as well and we will be bringing them to your place. Lastly but MOST IMPORTANT, you must LOVE our boys and have fun! Please make them smile because, I promise you, they will do the same for you!
